When Daddy is in charge...

Oh my. That's not what ladders are for.
(Ignore that Cole is about to fly off the swing, this isn't about him)

It gets worse before it gets better.

Better...

Jesus loves me this I know.
See! It's ok! There is no need to panic! No small Klaassens were harmed in the making of this photomontage. I was all "That's not good! That's not good!" And David was all "She's fine! Let her go higher. I'll catch her." And I was all "Catch her??!!" And he was all (insert "it's ok" look). So I was all (eyeroll) "I guess I'll get my camera."

It's the story of my life.

Mom she has angel wings and a daddy she will be fine. :)

Scary....When do we get our fear? At what age?

Love the photos but I don't know if I would have been brave enough to even stand there taking the pics. I think I'd have been curled up in the fetal position in the house with my head buried in pillows waiting for it all to be over.

Oh my this brings back memories. Your dad was always so sure I was too protective. I didn't take pictures, it is difficult to take pictures with your hands over your eyes.

Great pictures!!!

Bravo to you, for lettin' that daddy be in charge!!!

I've been told by a certian person (Robin Meadows ;) that I do not have to protect my children from their daddy!

It's really bad when they dont have any boys to do boy stuff with. Im like 'Um, princess dont do that!' And he's all, 'Our princesses do!'

I'm going to admit here that I would probably have passed out. That's the way you get when your kiddo breaks his leg stepping down 9 inches!

Seth loves to climb trees. Except in our case I'm all about the boy exploring and going higher and Jonathan is more the one, "we are going to end up in the emergency room tonight." LOL Love the pictures!

Oh, I'm the same way! Love the eyeroll comment.

Kekoa's starting to think he should be climbing trees. I'm guessing I'll be having similar feelings/conversations with my husband soon? ;)

Yikes! I was holding my breath while looking at those pics. I've always wished I were more fearless, but I guess I'll always be a scaredy cat.

Oh, wow! I'm reading my advice on your page...haha But, it's true.

I have a girl or 4 like that...not afraid of anything...and always in competition with their brothers!

It's best if the moms are not around when daddy's in charge...
