I can't think of a THING that could go wrong here...

Dear Lord, please protect my children as they make poor choices while suffering from Olympic fever.

So, what frightens you the most, the balance beam on top of pillows on top of stools, or the mini-tramp in front of the balance beam on top of pillows on top of stools?

I know, it’s a hard choice.

At least they were trying to protect your stools with the pillows!

I tagged you for a meme over at my place. http://blogshewrote.blogspot.com/2008/08/six-quirky-things-meme.html

I am laughing so hard...man oh man that is scarier then the ladder and the tree. I really loved meeting those little people of yours.

I personally am scared more of the big mirror that is right there on the wall waiting to be bounced into as I fall off the beam, land on the trampoline and then slam into the wall breaking the mirror and then having to go get stiches.

Love Ya'

Yes, very fine point, Theresa. I had missed out on a whole other element of danger.

It was Dad again, wasn't it?

That is so funny! I know the BMX event starts soon so I fully expect to see homemade ramps and mud puddles in my yard soon.

That picture just has "bad idea" written all over it. Don't the Olympics just make everything look so dadgum easy? I hope there are no ER visits in your near future... good luck!

I think it is very creative. Just call Amy and I and we will meet you at the ER at children's.

if your little girl is like mine, she was the one who "arranged" the whole thing. :)

You are so cute! I love your blog & totally added you to my reader. (That's a huge compliment btw, I usually have to get to know a girl first ;-)

Do you say your name Dee-Leese?

You know, when I saw that beam the other day, I wondered if that might ever happen! ;)

Gold medal, mom! Thanks for taking the pic.

I could imagine with the size of your brood that they could erect a small sky scraper in the time it took you to get back from the laundry room. You need hidden cameras

Your title was perfect. And the post, for that matter. What a hoot. Please tell me everything turned out ok.

Okay, really now. I need to know what happened. I mean, I haven't seen any post about emergency room visits or home-sewn stitches so I know they made it through....but really, what happened!

It all turned out ok. We let them play on it for a little bit and then returned the beam to its safe place on the ground. I have to admit, I was a little tempted to get up there myself. It really looked fun.
