Peace out

Just a few words about the peace that I claim in my blog title.

Everyone got that I meant peace in my heart, right? Not auditory peace.
Oooooooooooooh no, not auditory peace.

Just wanted to clarify and show you Tyler and his new passion. Ironically, it brings me peace to watch him love this so much. Funny, huh?

By the way, I'll take heart peace over audible peace any day. Tylenol is cheap. Internal unrest is not.

...peace be with you.

So much for auditory peace. It comes too soon! He looks so cute playing his drums. I'll go listen to him when he becomes famous. Until then I guess I had better enjoy the quiet aroung here.

My 8 year old got an electric guitar for Christmas...and no lessons, yet. So its pretty much just NOISE! He makes up songs though and really wants to "travel and sing songs about Jesus" to people so who can complain?!
Oh and he will be getting lessons soon, from none other than his guitar playing idol - Dameon Aranda :)He is SO excited!! And so am I, we need to tame this noise!

Stef, we've got an electric guitar player here, too. And a 5 year old who runs around in circles and yells while they play. It's lovely... really.

Hey, I hope Dameon teaches him how to do all that mouth stuff he does. ;)

You are right, smart mama. The peace will come too soon.

I love that you embrace your joyful chaos! There are many times when the boys are being loud...but happy loud and I just sit back and smile...it brings so much joy to see them be the who God created them to be!

Deleise, I think the 'mouth stuff' just comes with it. If Garrett sticks with Dustin, he'll probably be doing it too. I think it's a concentration thing. I love it!

Jenny- IF Garrett sticks with Dustin? Are you kidding me, he idolizes Dustin. I have a feeling he has a few "Dustin" moves in his playing.

I'm so glad he enjoys his lessons. I know it's been good for Dustin. He keeps telling me that he's learning too. Pretty cool.
